I mean child padgents are terrible as they are but why are we validating them by giving them a time slot?!

Do people know this is a reality show? This isn't like an episode of Big Love or something, this stuff is actually happening to these poor girls.

I dunno for sure but I think little girls already have self esteem issues without being paraded around like prized cattle and then judged against their peers.

Every little girl's dream right?

So I am sick and if you know me you know that I am a complete baby when I am sick and all I do it sit on my ass and blog. Which is great for my blog but bad for all the people around me that have to deal with my whiney ways.

Anywho, while I was sitting on the couch for hours, watching Toddlers and Tiaras and surfing the net I found the most pointless/awesome website eva!

It is called iDaft and I love it like a cow loves it's baby calf.

It entertained me for hours so go and take a gander.

Hello my little Parakeets. Before we begin I must state two things about the title of this post:

A: I am aware that I spelled the word "Color" wrong.

B: Some of you may know, but I hate it when people spell "C" words with "K's"...It seriously makes me wanna go crazy (ie. Krazy, Kandy, Kats). It made me cringe to even type those.

Anyway I just had to get that out of my system. Now lets begin.

ATTENTION ALL ARTISTS!

This post is for any one who is an artist or designer or something like unto that. Over the weekend I was shown the coolest website. 

It seriously it so fun/useful when having indecision about color choice/theory. 

It is called Kuler and it is amazing. 

Basically, you can choose a color and it will show you what other colors go well with it. You can choose weather you want analogous, monochromatic, triad, complimentary ect. ect. 

It also will give you the color codes for each of the colors so you can find them in photoshop or illustrator. It is so so cool.

But seriously go look at it. Even if you aren't an artist it is fun to look at.

I have to take this public platform to say something to the masses...

I'm in LOVE!

I have found my true love in life and I couldn't be happier! 

I have found the one that I am going to spend the rest of my life with...

His name is Dimitri and he is my new iPhone.

I am OBSESSED! OBSESSED PEOPLE!

I am telling you I dunno how I lived without this phone for so long. It is like I have my computer with me all the time! It is great.

I can call/text, stalk people on facebook, post blogs, check the weather, listen to music, download applications that make fart noises (even though I won't...Erin).

It is just great...for me. 

Unfortunately for the rest of the people in my life you will never see my face again. Just the top of my head as I gaze into Dimitri's shinny screen.

sigh....

PS I am going to start posting blogs called "Bry on the Go" containing things that I see while I am out and about that I think are blog worthy. So keep an eye out my little chickens.

If you know anything about me then you probably know that I am obsessed with everything that Apple makes. Seriously Steve Wozniak could take his beard clippings, put them in an Apple box and I would buy them without even blinking an eye.

But I dunno how I feel about the new iPod Shuffle.

It is so wittle! They are describing it as smaller than a double A battery. How are you supposed to keep track of that?! I lose my car in parking lots! How am I supposed to keep track of a tic-tac sized iPod?

And forget about ever leaving the house with that thing. The second a wind kicks up you can kiss your iPod good bye.

Hope you bought the Apple Care.

On a related note, below I have posted the video explaining the features of the new shuffle. I always love the how to videos on the Apple site. The nerds that "actually work in one of the apple stores" are always so engaging in their performances. I have a hard time believing that they are retail cronies rather than trained actors. So I REALLY am not trying to offend anyone with this blog...honestly. But I have to rant about this cause it's been bothering me.

Just a disclaimer.

Ok. I cannot stand when someone decides to propose to their significant other, one of the most intimate and special memories you will have as a couple, and they decide to do it with all their friends and family around watching, video cameras in hand. Does that bother anyone else?!

I get that they want to be able to remember every single second of the event however I don't understand why they would want thirty people hovering around when they do it! And then why would you post it on youtube!?

It drives me Wiles!

That goes for proposing in public places as well. I just don't think you should do it! No sporting events, restaurants, theaters, family dinners and ESPECIALLY not on LIVE TV!

Here is an example of what can happen if you so foolishly choose to do something like this.

*warning, this is so painfully awkward I was squirming in my computer chair when I first watched it.

Things I'm Obsessed with as of Late...

1. RuPaul's Drag Race is the funniest thing without trying to be funny on TV right now.
2. Interior Design Shows...I know....so gay....but I love me some HGTV
3. Cupcakes: Eating Them, Baking Them, Buying Them, Smelling Them, Anything
   
4. The Last Five Years is an oldie but a goodie. I especially love "Part of That"
5. Handwriting Letters to people. It is old fashion and quaint and it I think it means more.

A friend of mine posted this on his facebook and I had to share because it is the cutest damn thing I have ever seen.

Here's the story: Basically these two parents bring there little girl to Disneyland for the first time but they don't tell her that they are going there. She is too young to read so she still has no idea where they are as they bring her to the front gates. They then whip out the video camera to break the news to her and what ensues is the cutest thing ever.

So I know this website is totes old news (just like the word "totes", sorry gays, it's just not cool anymore) but I am recently obsessed with it.

It is called Bunny Hero Labs. On the site you can create and adopt virtual pets to put on your blog or myspace or friendster (what's that? I dunno either) account.

I'm scared for life.

I dunno if any of you ever saw Zoobilee Zoo when it was on T.V. but I use to watch it when I was a little kid. I blame most of my psychological issues on it.

It was so scary to me (lets be real it still is) but yet I would still watch it! Like a car accident or Chet on the Real World.

I am not being sarcastic when I say I use to have nightmares about it. Below I've posted the opening theme song, where it introduces all of the freaky characters.

He is the most obnoxious, closed minded, immature person I have been forced by an addiction to watch on TV. And that's saying something!

Chet is from Utah.

Most people in the world don't have the best opinion of Utahns.

Lemme say this: I know a lot of people from Utah, and a lot of them are pretty cool.

Chet, however, is probably the worst example of Utah that could possibly exist.
